SHIPPING

We process orders Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch all purchases from our warehouse within 1 business day.
Please note that during promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details and shipping information.

RETURNS

At Sneakkool, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
• Your item must be unused and unworn.
• It must include all original tags and packaging.
